Z-min (Soda Mint) - 1 box contains 30 sachets.
It contains the following three main ingredients:
1. Sodamint
- Helps to alkaline the body.
- Helps slow kidney deterioration and reduces the workload on the kidneys.
- Helps to more effectively excrete uric acid from the body.
2. Citric Acid
- Helps to alkaline the body and binds stomach acid (helps with acid reflux, bloating, and flatulence).
- When taken with Spectra 36, it helps control hunger at night.
3. Cysteine (Amino Acid)
- Helps create antioxidants in the blood, reduces waste and toxins in the liver/kidneys.
- Helps in the production of glutathione.
- When Cysteine is combined with N-Acetylcysteine (NAC), it helps to clear phlegm from the respiratory tract.
Directions: Mix 1 sachet with 150ml of water.
Take 1-3 sachets per day, one sachet at a time, before or after meals.
Stir until completely dissolved. It will produce a considerable amount of foam. Allow the product to dissolve completely with no foam remaining before drinking.
For those with an eGFR higher than 45%, consume 1-2 sachets per day. For those with an eGFR between 15-45%, consume 3 sachets per day.
This product is not suitable for patients with end-stage renal disease or an eGFR lower than 15%. Medical supervision is recommended.
