Full Refund

If you don’t receive your order. You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the quality-item-shop Store estimated delivery time promised.

If the item is not as described if your item is significantly different from the product description, you can

B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.

Case of return

1. The product doesn’t match the description. (Maybe the colors slightly different.)

We accept return or exchange for above reasons only. In this case the seller pay for the postage.

If other case the buyer pay for the postage. (Not quality-item-shop policy)
