Recipes of Thai Dessert (Kanom Fak-bua)
Ingredient
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup pandan juice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Rice bran oil
How to cook Thai Dessert (Kanom Fak-bua)
- Mix rice flour glutinous rice flour and all purpose flour
- Mix sugar, pandan juice and coconut milk, stir well and leave for 5 hours.
- When the dough has been fermented, put the pan over and pour the oil over it. (use a small pan)
- Heat oil and scoop the batter into it. Cooked on both sides Scoop up, drain and serve immediately.
